Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), [ŞİRKET / ŞAHIS UNVANI], as data controller, processes your personal data as described below.

Data processed

Name, email, phone number; the photos, music, text and location you add to invitations; IP address and transaction logs; how you arrived at our site (campaign / referral link) and the discount codes you use.

Purposes

Creating your account, preparing and publishing invitations, processing payments, meeting legal obligations and customer support.

Transfers

Data may be shared with the payment institution iyzico for payments, and with authorities where legally required. We do not store your card details. The contents of your invitation can be viewed by anyone who has its link.

Cookies

We use a necessary session cookie, a language preference cookie, and a first-party measurement cookie (dv_attr) that remembers for 90 days which campaign or invitation link brought you to us, so that discounts and referral rewards are credited correctly.

On our marketing pages, third-party measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may be used if enabled. They are never used on invitation pages (the pages guests see).
