Cancellation & Refunds

As the digital invitation service is performed electronically the moment payment is approved, it is outside the scope of the right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Your payment is nevertheless refunded if:

• your invitation cannot be published due to a technical fault, or
• you were charged twice for the same invitation.

Send refund requests with your order details to ss7karami@gmail.com. Approved refunds are made to the card used, via iyzico; depending on your bank, they appear within 2–10 business days.
