Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: the person who creates an account and pays on davethane.com.tr. Buyer details are those provided at sign-up and payment.

Article 2 · Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital invitation publishing service purchased electronically on davethane.com.tr, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 · Service and price

Digital invitation (published at a personal link): base price ₺50.00; selected extras (location and map +₺50.00, photo gallery +₺50.00, voice message +₺50.00) are added to this amount (VAT included). The total is shown to the Buyer before payment.

Article 4 · Performance

The service is performed immediately once the payment is approved. The invitation stays online from publication until 7 days after the event date; after that the link is taken offline automatically.

Article 5 · Right of withdrawal

As the service is performed instantly in electronic form, there is no right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation. If the service cannot be provided due to a technical fault, the amount paid is refunded.

Article 6 · Buyer's obligations

The buyer confirms they hold the rights to the photos, music and texts they upload, and will not publish content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights. The seller may remove such content.

Article 7 · Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits, have jurisdiction.

Article 8 · Effect

The agreement is concluded when the buyer approves it at the payment step.
